Many of the young African diasporans who come to Ghana want to find ways to invest in Ghana and Africa in general. However, there aren't enough resources out there catered to young African diasporans who want to get into real estate.

Creating amenities

The young diasporans coming to Ghana miss out on amenities and luxury because they aren't easily accessible. For example park, zoos, aquariums, diverse shopping centers and more.

Housing prices

When young diasporas come to Ghana looking for places to stay they have to deal with the fact that the real estate sector is inflated and renting homes for a couple of days are overpriced causing people to live in mediocre places.

Justice Theophilus was born in the greater Accra region of Ghana. Since childhood, he grew up with a love for architecture and development. Justice gained inspiration for Jubilee Real Estate through his desire to provide luxury affordable housing to people of African Diasporas coming to Ghana.
